You don’t need to be well-known, acclaimed or even someone that the design community has heard of. Maybe you’re someone who works hard in the background. Someone who is quiet, but whose designs make a loud impact on your clients!
You simply need to be a designer who’s working hard, constantly growing and pushing themselves and bettering themselves, and someone who cares about working as a part of the larger design community: with other designers, not against them…with GCs and the Trades…with vendors, and with other creatives.

At NEDCON we hold dear the tenets of community, collaboration, and inclusion, and the constant belief that no matter how small or large your design company may be: there’s always a creative void that each designer can uniquely fill and to which they can bring immense value.
