By purchasing a ticket to, registering for, or attending the NorthEast Design Conference ("NEDCON"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Ticket Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event that NEDCON is cancelled by the Organizer for any reason, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the amount paid for their ticket.
Tickets are, however, 100% transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by contacting the NEDCON team prior to the event. Additional identification or attendee information may be required to complete the transfer.
Event Changes
NEDCON reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, session topics, venue details, or event programming at any time without prior notice if circumstances require. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Photography & Video
By attending NEDCON, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media may be captured throughout the event. You grant NEDCON and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such materials for promotional, educational, editorial, and marketing purposes without compensation or further permission.
Code of Conduct
NEDCON is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or conduct that interferes with the experience of others will not be tolerated. NEDCON reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily participate in the conference and assume all risks associated with travel to, attendance at, and participation in the event. NEDCON, Clear Concept Design LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue partners shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, theft, damage to personal property, or other claims arising from attendance, except where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All conference presentations, educational materials, workbooks, recordings, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other conference content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Conference materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, sold, or shared without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEDCON's total liability arising out of or relating to attendance at the conference shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for their registration.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
